The scout leader usually choose the most experienced member of the group to be the patrol leader, to be a patrol leader what you should do?
1. Manage the team on behalf of the scout leader. 2. Know the members in your patrol, know their interests as well as the strength and weeknesses. 2. Care about the members, know their conditions. If they feel sick, injured or need any help voice out to the scout leaders. 4. Listen attentively to the instructions given by scout leaders and discuss with the members the mission they need to accomplish, 5. Plan the job prioities, divide the job fairly and manage the time. 6. Effective use of manpower, enagage all members, don't let any of them left idle. 7. Allocate the job to the right person, according to their ability and interest, give opportunities to members to learn new things but don't overwhelm them with too difficult tasks. Letting experienced members do the essentail parts but don't overload them with too much work. 8. Ganntt Chart can be used to plan the tasks effectively. 9.
